James (Jim) Megann

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Megann has been President and CEO of Stockport Exploration since early 2012 and is a mining executive and a business leader. Jim is also a director of Metallum Resources, a publicly traded company currently completing a change of business with the TSX. Prior to this, he served as a Director for NWest energy, and Director of Investor Relations and Marketing for Linear Metals Corporation. He has more than 25 years of experience in the communications and marketing industry.

Mr. Megann is active in his community serving as director for several charitable organization including membership on the executive board of a Canadian not-for-profit group, Young Adult Cancer Canada, a organization dedicated to supporting Canadians under 40 suffering from Cancer. His extensive community work has earned him the Queens Jubilee medal. He also worked as a senior consultant on government, and community relations programs.

Chris Drysdale

Country Manager -- Geologist

Mr. Drysdale is an Exploration Geologist with 6 years of experience in remote exploration, project management and leadership in a variety of African countries. He was fortunate early on in his career to have been a team member in many successful exploration projects throughout Africa which later became mines and numerous other advanced projects and small mines. He has valuable exploration experience specializing in all types of gold deposit ranging from early to advanced stage project valuations. He has also acquired various skills in establishing a good in-country presence, managing projects according to budget, safety, and logistical constraints as well as building sustainable and transformational relationships with stakeholders.Au-PGE-U deposits in the Goldfields Peninsula area, northern Saskatchewan.

Rob Randall

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Robert Randall has extensive experience with public company reporting and financial operations within the exploration and mining sectors. Rob was the Corporate Controller of Etruscan Resources Inc. from 1997 to 2011 overseeing the financial operations for all aspects of its gold exploration and production activities throughout West Africa, as well as, its diamond operations in South Africa. He also served as Controller of NovaGold Resources Inc. from 1997 to 2001. Rob also currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Fortune Bay, Graphene 3D Lab, and NSGold. Rob graduated with a Commerce Degree from St. Mary's University in Halifax and obtained his CA designation in 1987 with Coopers and Lybrand Chartered Accountants where he was appointed as a Principal in 1995. He is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of Canada and Nova Scotia.

Zeph Mbugua

Director

Mr. Mbugua is a resident of Nairobi, Kenya and Chairman of TransCentury, a leading Kenyan investment company traded on the Nairobi Securities Exchange. Mr. Mbugua is also a founder and currently the Chief Executive Officer of Abcon Group of Companies, a diversified group of companies involved in chemicals and the manufacturing of breakfast cereals. He is also the Chairman of East African Cables (K) Ltd., as well as a director of Proctor & Allan EA Ltd., Flashcom Ltd. and Zeniki Investment Ltd. Mr. Mbugua has a BSc in Chemistry and Mathematics from Makerere University.

Carl Sheppard

Chair

Mr. Sheppard is President and Managing Partner of Strategic Concepts, Inc. As managing partner, he directs both the private and public company advisory consulting services offered by the company. He is currently providing consulting services in the areas of economic modeling, employment and industrial benefits monitoring, as well as negotiations related to Impacts and Benefits Agreements with First Nations across Canada. Mr. Sheppard has a Masters of Development Economics from Dalhousie University, where his area of concentration was regional development from a Canadian perspective. Mr. Sheppard also has a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree from York University's Glendon College with a focus on economic though and international business. He also has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Memorial University where he majored in economics.

Robert McKay

Director

Mr. McKay is an accomplished entrepreneur having successfully owned and operated businesses in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, where his proficiency in cost control and meticulous attention todetail has delivered long term success. Mr. McKay is currently the president of two private companies that have commercial and residential property interests in Northern and Southern Ontario and in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Mr. McKay received a Bachelor Of Arts Degree (Economics) from The University Of Western Ontario and currently resides in Espanola, Ontario.

Benson Oketch

Manager, Government and Community Relations

Mr. Oketch is based in Kenya. Over the last 17 years he has worked for a number of locally and internationally funded NGOs in administrative, accounting, and communication capacities. He has worked for Africa Peace Forum as an assistant accountant, Operation Save Innocent Lives Sudan ( OSIL-SUDAN) and The Government of Kenya / World Bank - a project empowering local communities to engage in sustainable and wealth creating livelihood activities.
